Discounts

We operate a discount structure based on projected spends and price breaks based on quantity. These are automatically applied to your account. Discount levels are subject to change based on account activity.

Amending or Cancelling orders

Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Once an order has been dispatched it is not possible for it to be amended.

Delivery

We offer a FREE delivery service to all account customers (subject to minimum order values) within the Hull, East Yorkshire, and North Lincolnshire region.

Credit Account Customers

Hull (minimum order value £5.00)

We are flexible with our delivery service and will work with you, and the needs of your business. Next day delivery is standard. Orders received prior to 9am will be delivered the very same day.

Postcodes: HU1 HU2 HU3 HU4 HU5 HU6 HU7 HU8 HU9 HU10 HU13 HU14 & HU16

East Yorkshire (minimum order £7.00)

We offer a next day delivery service to most areas in the East Yorkshire region. Please contact us for more information.

North Lincolnshire (minimum order £7.00)

Deliveries to North Lincolnshire are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Should you require an urgent delivery please contact our sales department.

Non- Credit Account Customers

Delivery of non-credit account customer orders will be free subject to a £25 plus VAT minimum order charge. Orders under this value will be subject to a delivery charge of £5.00 plus VAT.

 

For all customers requiring deliveries outside our normal delivery area this can be arranged. Carriage charges may apply. Please contact our sales department for details

Special Orders

We cannot accept returns of non-stocked products that we have specially ordered in for you or bespoke products, unless faulty.

Liability

We will not accept any liability for any additional costs incurred by the your business / your customer for delayed or faulty products due to problems beyond our control.

Warranty

The manufacturer’s warranty is subject to correct use along with cleaning and maintenance guidelines being followed.  If products are returned under the terms of the warranty, proof of purchase be required.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of our obligations
