We were appointed by a local authority to complete full heating plant room refurbishment across three different fire stations. The project aimed to modernise their heating systems, improve energy efficiency and ensure reliable performance critical for the emergency services.

We were challenged to provide uninterrupted heating services sue to the operational nature.

This required a phased approach to minimise disruptions. Additionally, the plant rooms had outdated equipment, posing a challenge in terms of integration.

We fully planned each project, proving temporary heating solutions to ensure no downtime during the refurbishment.

The existing systems were carefully decommissioned, and new energy efficient boilers and controls were installed. Our team upgraded the pipe work ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Following installation each system underwent rigorous testing.
